Steps to Enroll for the 2024-2025 School Year
3. Bring the following documents to your registration appointment:
1. Schedule a registration appointment by calling our Main Office at 631-538-0505.
2. Click here to download the OLG registration packet and bring the completed packet to your registration appointment.- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
- Last Report Card
- Immunization Records
- IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
- $250 Registration Fee (goes toward the first month's tuition)
4. Please bring banking information to sign up for the FACTS Tuition Management system.
5. If you are interested in applying for financial aid through the Tomorrow's Hope Foundation, please bring last year's tax return. Click here for more information.
