Welcome!
Since I was young, I always knew it was my passion to become a teacher. I grew up in Brooklyn, New York and I attended Mary Queen of Heaven Elementary School and St. Edmund R.C. High School. From there, I began my college career at Brooklyn College where I studied both Undergraduate and Graduate. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with a Minor in Psychology. Shortly after, I received a Master of Science in Early Childhood. I have Permanent New York State Certification N, K, 1-6.
I began my teaching career in Catholic Education in the Diocese of Brooklyn. I taught at St. Vincent Ferrer School in Brooklyn as well as Resurrection School. For the past seven years, I worked in the Massapequa School District. I was in kindergarten, as a Support Specialist and had Leave Replacements in Grades 2 and 3. Currently, I teach fourth grade. Teaching at Our Lady of Guadalupe is truly an enjoyable and rewarding experience. It is my ultimate goal to help your child succeed and reach their highest potential.
I look forward to a wonderful school year with you! Please feel free to email with any questions or concerns you may have.
